RETURN POLICY

MOBILITY BEARINGS will accept returns made within 20 days of the original purchase, provided that the bearing is in its unused original condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility. Items ordered by mistake or found incompatible can be exchanged for the correct item or refunded as long as it is returned in its unused original condition. Refunds are charged a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable. We do not offer refunds for items that have been disassembled, used, or damaged by incorrect usage. Special order items are considered final and cannot be returned for any reason.

Returned items need the accompanying RTA number to be qualified for exchange or refund.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Unless otherwise noted or requested, all orders are shipped out via UPS ground within 48 hours to all United States territories, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Freight orders ship within 72 hours and tracking numbers are sent through email.
